 How to Sharpen your Interview Skills:
  • Be prepared - Research the company and the role before going to the interview.
  • Make a good impression - Dress appropriately and plan to arrive a few minutes earlier.
  • Greet the interviewer with a firm handshake and an engaging smile.
  • Always be friendly - and polite, and speak positively about former experiences.
  • Consider your answer - Answer questions directly and truthfully. If you don't understand a question ask for clarification.
  • Make reference to your past performance and be able to validate the result. Convey a positive statement in regard to your potential contribution to the prospective employer.
  • End the interview on a high note. You want the interviewer to remember you positively. Smile, thank them for seeing you and shake hands.
