AB Dental has developed streamlined recruitment packages to provide employers the recruitment solution that best meets their needs. You can also choose elements of these packages to further tailor what stages of the recruitment process you want us to manage for you.

On receiving a job order from you, we will respond with a Job Confirmation form sent to you via email confirming the details of the role, costs and the services AB Dental will provide to you. AB Dental conducts psychometric testing for all its candidates during their initial registration.

AB Dental also conduct skills testing of candidates to verify their competency at computing and other administrative and clinical tasks. If you require additional testing of skills please discuss this with your AB Dental consultant.
