Recruiting is both an art and a science. At AB Dental we are very aware that there are individuals behind the resumes we manage and that fulfilment and productivity in the workplace is as much about people’s personalities and emotions as it is about skills and ability.
Our process is simple, effective and designed to get results for our clients. Whether you need a staff member for a few days, a few weeks or on a permanent basis AB Dental will find suitable candidates to meet your needs.
Fees for our recruitment services are confirmed at the start of the process and these can be tailored depending on the level of service required from AB Dental (see our product and services page).
The details of the position are then confirmed with you in a one page form to ensure that we’ve understood exactly what the requirements are and a timeframe is agreed upon.
Our consultants search our well established database for the candidates we have on hand that suit the role, and if necessary, we will advertise as well. AB dental will submit only qualified candidates for an employer’s consideration and the consultants take into account the personality, aspirations and potential culture fit.
An interview is then arranged and AB Dental make the appointment arrangements with the candidates. Following the interviews, the results are passed on to the candidates by AB Dental.
The successful candidate is made an offer by AB Dental and details such as salary, start date etc are finalised.
Once the new starter commences, ongoing communication takes place by our Consultants to ensure everything is progressing well and our service met the employer’s expectations.
